As a growing company, AARD Spring & Stamping often has opportunities for experienced, hard-working people. We are currently accepting resumes for the following Positions:

EXPERIENCED COILER,

Requirements:

4 or more years hands-on coiling experience including set up and operation of spring coiling machines.
Excellent attention to detail and work ethic.

Ability to work with others in a positive and professional manner to complete jobs on time and to customer requrements.

Ability to review blueprints to determine part requirements for setup. Set up jobs by selecting and obtaining needed materials, tools, machine configuration and settings. Run and monitor jobs to maintain parts within specified tolerances throughout run.

Ability to measure parts using various tools and techniques including calipers, Larson spring testers, gauges, other measuring devices as required.

Ability to work with griniding or secondary as/where needed to set up and run job so that final parts meet requirements within tolerances.

Maintain production documentation neatly and legibly.
